We work with all mobile devices, it can be prepared to your specification and distributed to your staff and customers on demand. Devices can be pre-loaded with software, bundled with accessories and even sent in customer designed packaging.
The stock can be brand new or grade A refurbished devices. This contributes to the circular economy and sustainable asset management.
The cost of holding devices is dependent on quantity and time.

Asset management

We offer total management of your mobile assets. Our dedicated 8000 square foot service centre with a qualified engineering team will store, fix, upgrade and refresh, and distribute devices for you.

Recycling redundant assets

The first priority for retiring devices is to ensure they are data wiped to comply with GDPR legislation. Once the device is free of data it will be tested for faults and cosmetically graded for re-sale. Any devices beyond economic repair will be ethically destroyed and any parts that can be re used will be removed to repair existing devices.

Break fix

We offer this service for your device estate; this includes all mobile devices and can be extended to laptop and desktop devices. Repairs are implemented using OEM parts where possible. All work is warranted (same fault or failure of introduced part) for a period of twelve months from the date of repair.

There will be a base diagnostic fee and then a repair fee authorised by you; this can be predetermined.

If you would prefer a fixed maintenance fee per device per month to cover all repairs this can be costed out for you on request.
